Skip the pumpkin, try my collection of chocolate desserts this week!
Yes, pumpkin desserts are delicious. I especially love my Pumpkin Pie Bars which are easy to make and serve, but chocolate is a show stopping option for this Thanksgiving! I’ve got a great little collection to share in this newsletter along with some irresistible sides and mains for the dinner table!
Side note - Zoe turned two. We had a Bluey themed cake, more on that at the end!
Make Thankgiving Choc-tastic!
Chocolate Tiramisu - creamy, pillowy soft and rich in chocolate goodness!
Chocolate Cheesecake - silky smooth and decadent!
Chocolate Brownie Pie - fudgy chocolate brownie filling with buttery pie crust.
Ferrero Rocher Cake - 8 layered, MOIST cake that is over the top delicious!
Go Greek For Your Savoury Options!
Greek Slow Roasted Lamb - melt in your mouth, minimal effort and tasty!
Greek Lemon Potatoes - Crispy, fluffy and so lemony!
Greek Meatballs - juicy and such a great crowd pleasing appetiser!
Spanakopita - flaky, cheesy goodness, can be made in advance and reheated!
These are just SOME of my favourite recipes. You can check out more on The Scran Line blog!
Which would you like to see more of from me?
Zoe
We’ve officially turned two! Zoe has been goign through this phase where she doesnt like anyone singing Happy Birthday (Just Toddler Things) so we were afraid she’d tell everyone to stop singing on HER Birthday. When I tell you the smile on her face was huge, it was from ear to ear. She absolutely loved having her 50 cousins and family members come to celebrate her and her birthday cake was so fun too. Bluey themed of course. She loved the Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Hope you all have a happy and safe week ahead!
