Happy Weekend!
Funny thing, last week I innocently let my lovely Facebook followers know that an 'Ultra-moist' chocolate cake recipe was coming the next day. Little did I know, the word "moist" would send everyone into a frenzy. Suddenly, I'm the "Moist Messiah" and people can't get enough of my moist desserts, so that’s the theme of todays email!
FYI… I’m adding a new section to my emails called ‘Recipes I’m working on…’. I’ve added that at the bottom of the email.
Moist desserts, soaking with pleasure. Too far?
Maybe, but maybe not. Here’s 3 Moist desserts to make this week!
Chocolate Cupcakes - literally the moistest and so rich in chocolate flavor. That Fluffy Chocolate Frosting on top is to die for by the way!
Fudgy Chocolate Brownies - Fudgy is a type of moist right?
Chocolate Fudge Cake - I mean, the photo alone! Covered in my deliciously Rich Chocolate Ganache!

Recipes I’m currently working on
Chicken Alfredo - got this one almost ready to go. It’s garlicky, creamy and so easy to make.
Chewy Chocolate Cookies - tested this last night, I think I just need to make one tweak to get these a little chewier!
Crispy Oven Fries - healthier than the deep fried alternative and great for dipping in sauce. Just need to find a way to get them crispier and fluffy on the inside.
Pizza Dough Recipe - I have this one almost down pat. I don’t own a thousand dollar pizza oven but I want a way to get light, fluffy and crispy pizza at home in a regular oven and I’ve got an awesome technique I think is almost ready to post!
If you guys have a suggestion on a recipe you’d like to see on the blog, let me know by commenting!
Zoe
It must be tough being a toddler. Two loving parents who adore you but you’re filled with blind rage when dinner isn’t presented to you the way you expected. At 17 months Zoe has well and truly found her feet and she just want to walk everywhere. We went shopping this morning and quite frankly Dads, I can actually walk myself. Even if that means walking in front of everyone or trying to tear down fragile vases in a homewares shop. Love her.
Hope you all have a happy and safe week ahead!
